At Vivomed we feel that it is essential to respond to constructive criticism.
To that end, we ensure that during our Kinesiology Taping Courses we ask participants to fill in Course Evaluation Questionnaires to give us an idea how we're doing.
Things we are doing well, we will retain; areas that need improved we will address.
We have gathered these statistics for each of our courses in 2008, and made changes where we thought appropriate.

Our evaluation of this data shows for example that over 85% of participants thought Arndt was either very good or excellent as an instructor.
It also shows a little bit of dissatisfaction with the passage of information surrounding the course. We have used this feedback to create a new protocol for our next course where we will send participants course information when we receive booking confirmation rather than waiting closer to the date of the course.
